Job Summary
Providing essential administrative support for the statewide perinatal substance use disorder program, the full-time Oregon Licensed Program Administrator will coordinate logistics for outreach, quality improvement, and advocacy activities, while also managing evaluation metrics and serving as a primary contact for hospitals and clinics.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate scheduling, travel arrangements, and evaluation for meetings and trainings related to the perinatal SUD program
- Maintain accurate records and develop evaluation tools to monitor program effectiveness and budget needs
- Provide quality improvement coaching and support to clinics and treatment programs involved in the perinatal SUD initiative
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with two years of project leadership experience, or an Associate's degree with three years of project leadership experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- At least three years of administrative support experience for a team of 10 or more
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in project management and complex scheduling
