Oregon Licensed Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager to lead a high-impact, enterprise-level finance program within a complex, cross-functional environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of a large-scale, multi-workstream program, ensuring alignment to strategic goals, timelines, and budget expectations
• Develop and manage comprehensive program plans, including scope, milestones, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies
• Oversee interdependencies across multiple projects, proactively identifying risks, resolving issues, and driving coordinated execution across teams

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive program or project management experience, including leadership of large, complex initiatives (e.g., $10M+ programs with sizable teams)
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional programs within a matrixed organization, partnering effectively with both business and technical stakeholders
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects with interdependencies, including risk assessment and contingency planning
• Strong knowledge of program and project delivery methodologies, including Waterfall, Agile, and hybrid approaches
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
