Oregon Licensed Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager III - Medicaid.

Key Responsibilities

• Support governance committees by developing agendas, materials, and translating direction into program actions
• Manage multiple projects through the full project life cycle, including planning, execution, and closure
• Provide leadership and communicate project status to stakeholders, including executive summaries and presentations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred
• 5+ years of project implementation, product, or program management experience
• Experience in managed care or prescription benefit management preferred
• Understanding of Medicaid regulations and health equity frameworks
• Experience with governance committee structures and project management tools
