Oregon Licensed Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager to lead and coordinate complex, enterprise-level initiatives within a healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead program-level coordination across multiple workstreams to ensure alignment and execution toward shared objectives
• Oversee end-to-end program delivery, including planning, governance, risk management, and execution of large-scale initiatives
• Develop and maintain program roadmaps, timelines, and executive-level reporting to provide visibility into progress and outcomes

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive program or project management experience, including leadership of enterprise-level initiatives
• Demonstrated experience within a healthcare environment with a strong understanding of regulated operations
• Experience supporting organizational integration efforts such as mergers, acquisitions, or affiliations is highly preferred
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience; PMP, PgMP, SAFe, or similar certifications are preferred
• Proficiency with program management tools such as Smartsheet, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office Suite
