Job Summary
To support operational excellence, the full-time Oregon Licensed Program Manager will oversee program performance, manage a small caseload of members, and collaborate with various teams to ensure contract compliance and high customer satisfaction in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities:
- Direct program objectives and monitor daily operations to ensure contract compliance and success
- Collaborate with program leaders to improve processes and determine training needs
- Provide ongoing supervision and support to staff, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (master's preferred) from an accredited college or university
- Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) or Oregon state license for applicable scope of practice
- 5+ years of relevant experience in program operations
- 3+ years of supervisory or managerial experience in a relevant field
- Familiarity with Medicaid and the Oregon Health Plan
