Job Summary

To support operational excellence, the full-time Oregon Licensed Program Manager will oversee program performance, manage a small caseload of members, and collaborate with various teams to ensure contract compliance and high customer satisfaction in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities:
  • Direct program objectives and monitor daily operations to ensure contract compliance and success
  • Collaborate with program leaders to improve processes and determine training needs
  • Provide ongoing supervision and support to staff, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
Required qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree (master's preferred) from an accredited college or university
  • Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) or Oregon state license for applicable scope of practice
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in program operations
  • 3+ years of supervisory or managerial experience in a relevant field
  • Familiarity with Medicaid and the Oregon Health Plan
