Oregon Licensed Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Manager to lead large-scale, complex initiatives in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large, complex programs, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy and timelines
• Oversee scope, financials, risk mitigation, and resource allocation across multiple projects
• Serve as a primary partner to senior leadership, providing direction, status reporting, and recommendations for decision-making

Required Qualifications

• Extensive experience with formal project management methodologies in complex business and technology initiatives
• Successful management of large-scale programs with budgets exceeding $10M and cross-functional teams
• Strong background in budgeting, change management, risk management, and resource planning
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to influence and negotiate in a matrixed organization
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field, with 10+ years of project or program management experience; PMP or equivalent certification preferred
