Oregon Licensed Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Manager to lead complex, high-impact initiatives and oversee multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale and/or multiple concurrent projects through the full project lifecycle
• Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and success metrics while tracking performance
• Assemble and motivate cross-functional project teams, ensuring accountability for deliverables

Required Qualifications

• At least five years of progressive project management experience managing complex projects with budgets exceeding $1M
• Strong command of formal project management principles, with familiarity in PMI and PMBOK standards
• Experience leading projects in regulated environments, such as finance or healthcare
• Advanced skills in project planning, risk management, and budgeting
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience; PMP certification preferred
