Oregon Licensed Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Manager to lead complex, high-impact initiatives from initiation through completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project execution, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and close-out activities
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, milestones, and performance metrics
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks while proactively resolving issues throughout the project lifecycle

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered
• 5+ years of progressive project management experience, including leadership of large-scale or multi-project initiatives
• Demonstrated experience managing projects exceeding $1M in scope and leading cross-functional teams of 10+ members
• Familiarity with project management best practices and frameworks, including PMI/PMBOK principles
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Smartsheet, Jira, Clarity, or similar platforms
