Oregon Licensed Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Manager (ERP) to lead a large-scale enterprise system transformation initiative.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end implementation of an Oracle ERP platform, from planning and design through go-live and stabilization
• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, and dependencies
• Drive enterprise change management efforts, including communication strategies, training programs, and user adoption initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of full-time project management experience, including at least one full-cycle ERP implementation
• Direct hands-on experience implementing Oracle ERP solutions (Oracle Cloud ERP and/or Oracle E-Business Suite)
• Strong knowledge of PMI-based project management principles and methodologies (PMP, Agile, or hybrid frameworks)
• PMP certification or equivalent formal project management training preferred
