Job Summary
Leading a diverse portfolio of strategic initiatives, the remote Oregon Licensed Project Manager III will manage medium to large-scale projects in a complex healthcare environment, ensuring alignment among cross-functional teams while delivering on scope, timelines, and budgets.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of projects, ensuring accountability for scope, timelines, and budgets
- Independently manage complex initiatives involving cross-functional operational and technical teams, facilitating project governance activities
- Develop and maintain project documentation, schedules, and reporting tools to support transparency and informed decision-making
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 7 years of related professional experience
- At least 5 years of direct project management experience with ownership of projects from initiation through completion
- Minimum of 5 years leading information systems projects with multiple stakeholders and workstreams
- At least 3 years of experience leading cross-functional teams in operational and technical settings
- Minimum of 2 years of experience within the healthcare or managed care industry
