Oregon Licensed Project Manager

Job Summary

Leading complex technology initiatives, the contract Project Manager will manage large-scale projects remotely while ensuring successful delivery across cross-functional teams, adhering to budgets, timelines, and risk management protocols.

Key responsibilities

• Lead large-scale technology projects from planning through implementation, ensuring alignment with business objectives
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and documentation while monitoring project milestones and deliverables
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and facilitate project meetings, providing regular updates to stakeholders on progress and risks

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of project management experience with a focus on enterprise-level technology initiatives
• Strong experience in project planning, budgeting, and risk assessment
• Familiarity with PMI methodologies and PMBOK best practices; PMP certification preferred
• Ability to work Pacific Time Zone hours and support occasional evening or weekend activities
