Job Summary

A company is looking for an Outside Property Claim Associate to manage 1st party property claims while receiving comprehensive training.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in structured training covering insurance policies and claim processes
• Review, investigate, and document 1st party property claims under supervision
• Gather information from various stakeholders and maintain accurate records of claim activity

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High School Diploma or GED with one year of customer service experience, or a Bachelor's Degree
• Valid driver's license
• Previous internship or work experience in customer service or insurance
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Willingness to acquire and maintain relevant Insurance License(s) within three months of starting
