Oregon Licensed Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) for a full-time remote position in Oregon.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct initial and follow-up telehealth evaluations
• Diagnose and treat substance use and mental health conditions
• Prescribe medications as clinically appropriate and complete timely documentation in EHR

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted PMHNP license in Oregon
• Active DEA registration with experience prescribing Suboxone
• At least 2 years of PMHNP experience preferred, particularly in addiction or behavioral health
• Medicaid enrollment preferred
• Willingness to obtain additional state licensure
