Job Summary
To support a growing telehealth practice, the full-time or part-time Oregon Licensed Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner will conduct evaluations, deliver evidence-based treatment for substance use and mental health disorders, and collaborate with a care team in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial and follow-up telehealth evaluations
- Deliver care for both substance use and mental health conditions
- Complete documentation in the EHR and collaborate with the care team
Required Qualifications:
- Active and verifiable PMHNP license in Oregon
- At least 2 years of experience in addiction or mental health treatment
- Experience prescribing Suboxone and active DEA registration
- Willingness to obtain multi-state licensure
- Empathy for members facing behavioral health challenges
