Oregon Licensed QC Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Joint Use QC Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform detailed outside plant facility engineering tasks including estimating, analyzing, and designing for copper and fiber cables
• Prepare and interpret engineering plans, drawings, and reports, and conduct periodic job inspections for quality control
• Organize and prepare permit packages for submittal, maintain records, and assist engineers as needed

Required Qualifications

• Ability to identify existing voice/data plant and other utilities on site plans and in the field
• Knowledge of obtaining right of ways and easements
• Capability to engineer routine and specific COE/OSP work orders
• Expert knowledge of COE/OSP principles and industry standards
• Experience with the National Electric Safety Code (NESC) for engineering requirements
