Job Summary

As the first point of contact for potential customers, the full-time Oregon Licensed Real Estate Advisor will manage inquiries via phone, text, or email, educating clients about real estate services and matching them with local agents while working remotely from Thursday to Monday, 11 AM to 8 PM.

Key responsibilities

• Guide customers to the best real estate solutions, earning their business through effective communication
• Handle live phone calls and inquiries from the customer queue, providing expert advice on Redfin's products and services
• Match prospective clients with local Redfin Agents for home tours and consultations

Required qualifications

• Active real estate license in Oregon
• Previous inside sales experience preferred; customer service or real estate experience will also be considered
• Experience with real estate transactions is preferred
• Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems is advantageous
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Suite is a plus
