Job Summary

Leading a team in the West Division, the full-time Oregon Licensed Regional Sales Manager will drive profitable growth by managing Account Executives and Insurance Sales Professionals, implementing strategic objectives, and overseeing sales activities while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and market growth
• Analyze market trends and provide strategic direction to enhance Zurich's competitive position
• Oversee sales initiatives, customer issues, and performance management within the region

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of experience in Outside Sales, or High School Diploma with 6+ years of experience
• Licensed to sell insurance products
• Experience with sales principles, techniques, and terminology
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience analyzing financial statements
• Experience working within a regulatory environment
