Job Summary

To provide quality patient and family-centered care, the part-time Oregon Licensed Registered Nurse will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care in a hybrid setting, working onsite on Fridays and remotely 1-2 days each week at the Family Care Clinic in East Bend, Oregon.

Key responsibilities:

• Assess patient needs and formulate care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team
• Document all aspects of patient care accurately and timely in compliance with organizational policies
• Provide nursing supervision and support continuity of care by effectively communicating patient status to other caregivers

Required qualifications:

• Current license to practice as a registered nurse in the State of Oregon
• AHA Basic Life Support for Healthcare Provider certification
• Preferred: Bachelor of Science in Nursing
• Preferred: Minimum one (1) year nursing experience
