Job Summary

Working remotely in Oregon, the full-time Oregon Licensed Regulatory Analyst will review and interpret legislation and regulatory updates, monitor changes to Oregon Administrative Rules (OAR), and support annual contract restatement processes while collaborating with various stakeholders.

Key responsibilities
  • Track proposed changes to OAR and engage with Rule Advisory Committees, providing feedback to the Oregon Health Authority
  • Manage the end-to-end process for annual contract restatement, including monitoring changes and collaborating with project managers
  • Attend and support Oregon Health Plan contractor workgroup meetings, responding to Requests for Information and coordinating with subject matter experts
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, communications, healthcare, political science/pre-law, or equivalent experience required
  • 4+ years of experience in health insurance, legal, compliance, or related field required
  • Strong technical understanding of Medicaid policy and administrative rules
  • Experience in reviewing regulations and providing interpretation for various audiences preferred
  • Master's degree or Juris Doctorate may be considered in place of experience preferred
