Key Responsibilities

• Provide patient-focused, standardized, and compliant revenue cycle support
• Assist in meeting financial objectives for the organization
• Collaborate with Revenue Cycle team members to achieve specific goals

Required Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
• 5 years of clinical experience in an acute care setting
• 3 years of experience with EPIC or MEDITECH and data reporting functions
• Experience in a high production, deadline-oriented work environment
• Strong background in identifying and resolving inefficiencies in revenue cycle processes
