Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Cycle Specialist Follow-up 4 - PAR 1 (Patient Account Representative).

Key Responsibilities

• Process and document transactions on insurance accounts, ensuring accurate setup and resolution of issues
• Communicate with staff and insurance companies to facilitate timely processing of account transactions
• Conduct quality assurance reviews and prioritize accounts to maximize aged accounts receivable resolution

Required Qualifications

• Two years of recent experience in billing and collections in a healthcare environment or four years in general collections or customer service
• Certified Revenue Cycle Specialist (CRCS) required within 18 months of hire
• Ability to work with a diverse team and customer base
• Proficiency with standard office equipment and software, including Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of Healthcare Information Systems
