Oregon Licensed RN Case Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an RN Case Manager to perform case management and ensure appropriate care for members.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments, planning, implementation, coordination, monitoring, and evaluation of case management activities
• Collaborate with physicians and other departments to resolve issues related to claims, quality of care, and member or provider concerns
• Provide timely documentation and respond professionally to inquiries from members, providers, and regulatory organizations

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (two, three, or four-year)
• Current unrestricted Oregon Nursing license as a registered nurse
• Certification in case management (CCMC) required or ability to obtain within 24 months of hire
• Minimum of 3 years recent experience in hospital, home health, or acute care settings
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications with typing speed of at least 35 wpm
