Job Summary

Offering a remote opportunity, the Oregon Licensed RN Supervisor will supervise and develop a diverse clinical team, ensuring quality patient care while managing operational flow and reporting on medical service utilization.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and develop staff, ensuring quality nursing care and efficient patient flow while collaborating with leadership on clinical enhancements
• Provide performance feedback, conduct appraisals, and monitor staff development, attendance, and resource utilization
• Develop clinical policies and procedures, assist in staff meetings, and address clinical quality issues

Required qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing
• Active Registered Nurse license in Oregon
• 3+ years of experience in a clinical setting
