Job Summary

To support critical accounting functions, the contract Senior Accountant/Assistant Controller will manage general accounting tasks, month-end close activities, and collaborate cross-functionally in a fully remote role.

Key responsibilities

• Support general accounting functions and month-end close activities
• Prepare and review journal entries and perform account reconciliations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet accounting operations and reporting needs

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in general accounting and month-end close processes
• Strong proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets for analysis and reporting
• Experience preparing journal entries and performing account reconciliations
• Familiarity with ERP and financial systems is a plus
• Ability to adapt quickly and manage multiple priorities
