Oregon Licensed Senior Attorney

Job Summary

Managing a caseload of 25-40 DUI and related criminal defense matters, the full-time Senior Attorney will counsel clients, represent them in court, and contribute to business development while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of DUI and related criminal defense matters
• Counsel clients and execute case strategies aligned with their goals
• Represent clients at arraignments, hearings, and trials, while mentoring junior attorneys

Required qualifications

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school and active membership in the Oregon State Bar
• 5+ years of criminal law experience, including trial experience
• Experience in DUI defense and/or felony cases
• Confidence in courtroom settings and sound judgment under pressure
• Spanish fluency preferred
