Oregon Licensed Senior Claims Manager

Job Summary

To provide expert handling of Employment Practice Liability claims, the fully remote Oregon Licensed Senior Claims Manager will manage coverage analysis, investigation, evaluation, negotiation, and disposition of assigned claims while collaborating with business partners and defense counsel.

Key responsibilities:

• Evaluate and resolve coverage issues for Employment Practices claims
• Investigate claims through various communication methods with relevant parties
• Present claims and trends to Claim and Legal Leadership, discussing coverage and liability assessments

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Law, HR, or a related field, or equivalent education and experience
• 10 or more years of experience in employment law, risk management, or insurance related to employment practices
