Key responsibilities
- Manage moderately complex civil litigation for clients, adhering to established guidelines and ethical standards
- Lead discovery processes, draft pleadings and briefs, and conduct legal research to support litigation strategies
- Represent clients in trials, mediations, arbitrations, and settlement conferences across state and federal courts
Required qualifications
- Admitted to the Oregon State Bar
- Juris Doctor degree
- Demonstrated litigation experience
- Solid knowledge of tort, contract, and insurance law
- Experience preparing civil pleadings, motions, and conducting witness depositions
