Job Summary
Providing comprehensive legal support, the full-time Oregon Licensed Senior Paralegal will manage legal matters in collaboration with attorneys, coordinate various legal tasks, and interact with internal and external clients in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage legal matters and assist attorneys with intake, triage, and documentation requests
- Draft and review a wide range of legal documents, including contracts and governance documentation
- Conduct legal research and maintain accurate records in matter management and document systems
Required qualifications
- Associate's Degree in an ABA-approved Paralegal Studies Program or equivalent legal education
- 5 years of paralegal experience in a relevant practice area with an in-house legal team or law practice
- Demonstrated experience performing substantive legal work for multiple attorneys
