Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager Service - Program Management Office - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage the endpoint services program portfolio, ensuring alignment with enterprise strategy
• Lead Agile delivery and sprint management, ensuring teams deliver value incrementally while maintaining operational stability
• Establish program governance and manage integrated plans addressing scope, timeline, dependencies, and resourcing

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or Engineering
• 6 years of related experience
• 4 years of experience leading technical teams in a complex environment
• Strong experience in leveraging data and metrics for decision-making
• Experience managing programs that span infrastructure, software, and service operations
