Job Summary

A company is looking for a Site Construction Manager to oversee the renovation of a public sector central plant in Eugene, Oregon.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure safety compliance and manage the site safety plan
• Manage construction documentation, budgets, and schedules using Procore and Microsoft Project
• Coordinate inspections and oversee weekly construction meetings to update stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of five years of experience in construction management for complex projects
• Proven track record in overseeing construction projects and managing multimillion-dollar budgets
• Knowledge of OSHA safety protocols and regulations; OSHA 30 certification required
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills to manage construction crews and resolve site issues
