Job Summary
Providing virtual speech therapy to K-12 students, the part-time Oregon Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist will manage a caseload using web conferencing software and the company's Education Management System while ensuring compliance with IEP goals and state policies.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality speech language services and implement individual and group therapy in a virtual setting
- Conduct screenings and evaluations of students' communication needs while maintaining timely documentation of therapeutic interventions
- Communicate regularly with parents and school staff to ensure IEP goals are met and coordinate specially designed instruction for students with speech/language needs
Required qualifications
- MA or MS in Speech Language Pathology and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence
- Active/valid state and/or Department of Education Licensure in Speech Pathology in the state of residence
- 2+ years of experience in a K-12 school setting
- Strong technology skills and ability to work independently
- Ability to obtain and maintain multiple required state certifications and clearances
