Oregon Licensed Staff Accountant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Accountant who is detail-oriented and adaptable in fast-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Support full-cycle accounts payable processes, including invoice matching and vendor communication
• Assist with month-end close activities, preparing journal entries, accruals, and prepaids
• Perform bank and account reconciliations, ensuring accuracy across financial data sets

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• 4+ years of hands-on accounting experience, ideally in SaaS, technology, or startup environments
• Experience with accounts payable, expense processing, and account reconciliations
• Proficiency with ERP systems such as NetSuite, SAP, or similar platforms
• Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables and lookup functions
