Job Summary
To support a dynamic design team, the full-time remote Structural Engineering Professional Associate - NW Region will perform structural analysis and design, collaborate with engineers and designers, and manage project scopes while adhering to US building codes.
Key responsibilities
- Competently conduct structural engineering analysis and design under general supervision, applying engineering techniques and criteria
- Exhibit attention to detail by checking own work and performing calculation checks of peers' work
- Take ownership of assigned work, manage workload effectively, and proactively identify and escalate scope changes
Required qualifications
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering with an emphasis in Structural Engineering
- Professional Engineer License (PE or PEng)
- At least 4 years of Structural Engineering experience
- Experience with US building codes, including IBC, ASCE 7, ACI, and AISC
- Proficiency in Structural Engineering analysis software, Navisworks, and Bluebeam
