Oregon Licensed Student Enrollment Coordinator

Job Summary

Responsible for managing the overall operation of the center, the full-time Oregon Licensed Student Enrollment Coordinator will provide academic and emotional support to students with learning and emotional difficulties while ensuring efficient communication with families and tracking student progress remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Contact new inquiries promptly and meet with students to select courses and discuss graduation progress
• Continuously update student academic plans and conduct regular check-ins throughout the school year
• Assist with enrollment processes for both learning center and international students, including course customization and graduation planning

Required qualifications

• Master's degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in a leadership role within an educational organization
• Extensive experience working with students with learning and emotional difficulties
• Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage a team
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development in the field of education
