Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Representative 2 (Student Payroll Specialist).

Key Responsibilities

• Educate and advise employees and departments on Hourly student and Graduate Assistant pay processes
• Monitor payroll functions and ensure compliance with policies and regulations
• Review and approve payroll service requests and resolve related issues

Required Qualifications

• Four years of technical or professional-level experience in program analysis or advising
• Two years of experience comparable to a Program Representative 1
• Experience working with payroll systems and processes
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive materials
