Job Summary

To empower financial advisors and enhance their growth, the full-time salaried Oregon Licensed Success Operations Analyst will manage complex operational responsibilities, streamline processes, and drive continuous improvement while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as an operational partner to Advisor Success Management, focusing on removing complexity from Success Managers' workloads
• Coordinate and resolve complex service issues and escalations, ensuring a high-quality advisor and client experience
• Analyze data to identify operational friction points and provide actionable insights for efficiency and scalability

Required qualifications

• Active Series 7 and Series 66 licenses, or ability to obtain within a defined timeframe
• 3+ years of financial services experience, including exposure to both W2 and 1099 advisor models
• 3+ years of experience in service, operations, or branch administration
• Experience supporting advisor teams or client success functions
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complex operational issues
