Oregon Licensed Systems Support Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the infrastructure and operations of crisis lines, the full-time Oregon Licensed Systems Support Analyst will manage systems functionality, troubleshoot issues, and enhance processes while working remotely with occasional in-office options.

Key responsibilities:

• Serve as a subject matter expert on Crisis Lines systems, troubleshooting operational issues and implementing solutions
• Maintain and update SharePoint sites and operational forms to ensure accurate information access for staff
• Coordinate staffing functions, including schedule creation and supporting time off requests in alignment with organizational policies

Required qualifications:

• Experience coordinating complex schedules
• Proficiency in web-based computer environments and Microsoft Office
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Able to prepare reports and think analytically
• Experience in maintaining confidentiality and integrity in sensitive situations
