Job Summary
Supporting the infrastructure and operations of crisis lines, the full-time Oregon Licensed Systems Support Analyst will manage systems functionality, troubleshoot issues, and enhance processes while working remotely with occasional in-office options.
Key responsibilities:
- Serve as a subject matter expert on Crisis Lines systems, troubleshooting operational issues and implementing solutions
- Maintain and update SharePoint sites and operational forms to ensure accurate information access for staff
- Coordinate staffing functions, including schedule creation and supporting time off requests in alignment with organizational policies
Required qualifications:
- Experience coordinating complex schedules
- Proficiency in web-based computer environments and Microsoft Office
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Able to prepare reports and think analytically
- Experience in maintaining confidentiality and integrity in sensitive situations
