Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for small business clients, providing proactive tax compliance guidance
• Conduct virtual meetings to offer personalized advice and maintain strong client relationships
• Assist in tax preparation and collaborate with internal teams to deliver comprehensive financial services

Required Qualifications

• Must possess and maintain an active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN)
• Proven experience preparing individual and small business tax returns
• Experience with professional tax preparation software
• Ability to quickly learn new software systems and tools
• History of successfully working in a remote environment
