Oregon Licensed Technical Accounting Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Technical Accounting.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and own the company's position on significant technical accounting matters, including M&A and debt
• Draft and review technical accounting memos and analyses under U.S. GAAP
• Partner with external auditors to resolve technical accounting issues and manage the audit process

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; active CPA license required
• 8+ years of relevant experience, including at least 4+ years in Big 4 public accounting
• Deep expertise in U.S. GAAP and SEC regulations
• Demonstrated leadership and project management skills
• Experience with financial systems and M&A integration is a plus
