Oregon Licensed Technical Project Manager

Job Summary

Supporting an enterprise application decommissioning program, the fully remote Oregon Licensed Technical Project Manager will coordinate technology retirement efforts, ensuring requests are prioritized, tracked, and completed efficiently while collaborating with various technical teams and business stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate application decommissioning requests from intake through completion, ensuring timely execution and prioritization
• Create and manage work items within an IT service management platform, primarily using BMC Remedy
• Facilitate meetings and maintain project dashboards to monitor the status of decommissioning efforts and communicate updates to stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Four to six years of experience in project coordination, IT service management, or IT operations
• Demonstrated experience coordinating work across multiple technical teams in a cross-functional IT environment
• Hands-on experience with IT service management tools, preferably BMC Remedy or similar platforms
• Experience supporting application or infrastructure retirement initiatives in a regulated enterprise environment
• ITIL certification is preferred
