Job Summary

A company is looking for a Telehealth Nurse Practitioner.

Key Responsibilities

Assess patients' healthcare needs and provide clinical care via telemedicine
Perform annual wellness exams and coordinate continuity of care for high-risk patients

Required Qualifications

Current Oregon Nurse Practitioner license
2+ years of clinical experience as a NP in relevant fields
Nurse Practitioner certification from ANCC or AANP
Current DEA licensure / Prescriptive Authority required
Active CPR/BLS Certification
