Job Summary

To support a growing telehealth practice, an Oregon Licensed Telehealth PMHNP will conduct patient intakes and follow-up consultations, prescribe medications, and monitor outcomes remotely on a contract basis.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct patient intake and follow-up consultations to evaluate eligibility for ketamine-assisted psychotherapy and monitor treatment outcomes
• Collaborate with psychotherapists and care coordinators to streamline workflows and suggest treatment plan adjustments based on patient responses
• Provide feedback on the care management system to enhance service delivery and report directly to the Lead Clinician

Required qualifications

• Oregon state licensure as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)
• Minimum of 1 year of psychiatric experience post-licensure
• DEA registration and comfort in prescribing controlled substances
• Experience with anxiety and depression treatment
• Interest in psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy and a patient-first mindset
