Job Summary

A company is looking for a Telehealth Therapist - Contractor.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based, measurement-informed care
• Complete treatment plans every 90 days and clinical documentation for payment
• Deliver care via telehealth from a private, secure environment

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Master's degree in social work, Professional Counseling, Family Therapy, or a qualified degree
• License in Oregon: LPC, LCSW, LMFT
• At least 3 years of experience in behavioral health using evidence-based practices
• Ability to provide telehealth services
• Successful background check and residency in an eligible U.S. state
