Job Summary
To support a growing practice, the part-time and full-time Oregon Licensed Telehealth Therapist will provide therapy for autistic and neurodivergent adults via telehealth, enjoying scheduling flexibility and a focus on client care while administrative tasks are managed by the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver therapeutic services to autistic and neurodivergent adults through virtual platforms
- Build and maintain a caseload of clients while ensuring high-quality, client-centered care
- Participate in peer consultations and specialized training to enhance professional development
Required qualifications
- Licensed independent mental health professional (LCSW, LPC, LMHC)
- Strong clinical skills in evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, or ACT
- Interest in working with autistic or neurodivergent adults
- Comfort with technology and virtual care platforms (Zoom, EHR, Slack)
- Telehealth experience preferred but not required
