Oregon Licensed Training Consultant

Job Summary

To enhance training delivery and curriculum development, the full-time Oregon Licensed Training Consultant will provide classroom, web-based, and one-on-one training to technical staff, ensuring effective application of system updates and operational workflows while supporting organizational strategic initiatives remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver training programs, including curriculum design and content creation for various training methods
• Evaluate training effectiveness and conduct needs assessments to address performance issues and improve training outcomes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide end-user support during system go-lives and application upgrades

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communication, Education, Behavioral Science, or a related field
• Minimum five (5) years of experience in training delivery, curriculum design, and training development and evaluation, or a related field
• Advanced knowledge of adult learning principles and training evaluation methods
• Experience with eLearning development tools and virtual learning technologies is preferred
• Proven ability to build relationships and collaborate with stakeholders across various levels
