Oregon Licensed Training Consultant

Job Summary

To enhance training delivery and curriculum development, the full-time Oregon Licensed Training Consultant will provide classroom, web-based, and one-on-one training to technical staff, ensuring effective integration of application enhancements and supporting end-user proficiency in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Designs and develops training content and curricula while evaluating training needs and effectiveness
• Facilitates training sessions using various methods, ensuring alignment with business unit goals and adult learning principles
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to address performance feedback and improve training processes

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communication, Education, Behavioral Science, or a related field
• Minimum five years of experience in training delivery, curriculum design, and training development and evaluation
• Advanced knowledge of adult learning theory and training methodologies
• Experience with eLearning development tools and virtual learning technologies preferred
• Experience administering Learning Management Systems (LMSs) preferred
