Job Summary

Oregon Licensed Training Director oversees the design and implementation of training systems for a full-time position, ensuring high-quality instruction and alignment of crisis line training programs with best practices and organizational policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coach clinical training staff to ensure quality instruction and training delivery
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate crisis line training programs in alignment with clinical standards
  • Collaborate with Human Resources to design organization-wide onboarding and annual training requirements
Required Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Behavioral Health, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Education, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in crisis intervention, preferably in phone and/or text-based interactions
  • At least 3 years of experience in training/education or clinical supervision, preferably within crisis services
  • Minimum of 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience with direct staff oversight
  • Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing training programs, including onboarding and continuing education
