Oregon Licensed Training Director

Job Summary

Overseeing employee and foster parent training, the full-time Oregon Licensed Training Director will ensure compliance with all training requirements while managing the Relias Training System and facilitating in-person trainings in Portland.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and oversee employee and foster parent training programs to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
• Supervise the Relias Training System to track and maintain training activities
• Facilitate in-person training sessions at the Portland office as needed

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, sociology, or an allied field with 2 years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with 1 year of experience
• Experience in the care and treatment of children or young adults
• Preferred training or experience in Collaborative Problem Solving, Peer Support Services, and Trauma Informed Care
