Oregon Licensed Training Educator

Job Summary

To enhance training effectiveness, the full-time Oregon Licensed Training Educator will provide classroom, web-based, and one-on-one training to clinical and technical staff, focusing on product knowledge, operational workflows, and system updates while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Deliver training sessions and support end users during system go-lives and upgrades
• Develop and evaluate training materials and programs to ensure compliance and effectiveness
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and implement continuous improvement initiatives

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Instructional Technology, Communication, Education, or a related field
• Minimum one year of experience in designing and delivering training, or four years of related experience
• Comprehensive knowledge of adult learning theory and training methodologies
• Experience with curriculum development and training content creation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and various course development platforms
