Oregon Licensed Training Educator
Job Summary
To enhance training initiatives, the full-time Oregon Licensed Training Educator will deliver classroom, web-based, and one-on-one training to clinical and technical staff, while also supporting system go-lives and application updates remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide training on products, processes, and system updates, ensuring effective curriculum delivery
- Evaluate training effectiveness through metrics and feedback, making necessary adjustments to programs
- Develop training materials and participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance training quality
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Instructional Design, Instructional Technology, Communication, Education, or a related field
- Minimum one year of experience in designing and delivering training and curriculum development
- Comprehensive knowledge of adult learning theory and instructional methods
- Experience with Epic System software or Electronic Medical Record systems is preferred
- Familiarity with course development platforms such as Adobe Suite or Captivate is advantageous
